Well, we did it. Isaac and I completed day one of our
"Couch to 5k" training schedule. And I'm still alive to tell the story...
OK - it wasn't that bad. In fact, I have to admit I really enjoyed it and you cannot
NOT like how great you feel after exercising. Nothing like getting those endorphins flowing...
I also had this random thought:
Is there any chance the faster I run, the quicker Spring will come?
*sigh* I can always dream, can't I?
